On December 18, 2024 Qurban Syed, doctoral candidate at the Chair of Electrical Energy Technology (EET), successfully passed his oral doctoral examination for the degree of Dr.-Ing. at the Faculty of Engineering at FAU. Mr. Syed thus completed his doctoral procedure on the topic “Spoke Type Axial Flux Permanent Magnet Motor and its Flux Switching Variants.” successfully.
